A Disappointment Happens Yesterday ( 5/4/2013) Evening
A Got an inquiry from a traveler on 17th February 2013 who visit Kerala on April for 7 hours tour. we booked 4 hours trip on 3rd April 2013 . I Got Another mail on 19th March say that, '' she can't reach on 3rd change to 7th April " we booked tour on 7th April 2013 .
3rd April 2013 i send mail to asking for her stay because i need to pick up on 7th April . She replied , " not confirmed stay and meet me on this Friday or Saturday . I got another E-mail on yesterday evening that , " she find another cheap option for backwater tours for 1/3 price.
I am not thinking about i lose an inquiry or matter of money. Still don't understand why travelers believe the words of touts, guides,and some home stays. when compared to all backwater options nobody can't offer cruise experience that we offers .
I don't think it gives loss for me , no not all. But loss for them because they missed a fabulous tour
anyways i wish best wishes to to their backwater tour...
ReplyDeleteI seen that she went for canoe tours 5th April morning and update photo after an hour ( 7:55 Pm) to send cancellation E-mail to me ... She send cancellation e mail to me on 6:55 PM.
